Unwanted Calls?

StreamlineXpert Ltd offers a range of services, including telecommunications solutions for businesses. Our clients encompass resellers and communication providers, and it's possible that one of them has reached out to you on behalf of their contact center customers.

While we manage multiple number ranges, certain numbers may have been transferred to other providers, much like how you can switch your mobile number.

If you've found that the number contacting you for sales or marketing purposes is linked to StreamlineXpert Ltd and you wish to stop these unwanted calls, here’s how to proceed:

Next Steps:

1. Express Your Preference:
If you receive a call, inform the caller that you no longer wish to be contacted. Request that your number be added to their Do Not Call list, which obliges them to stop further calls.

2. Register with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS): Registration is free and helps block unsolicited sales and marketing calls. Once registered, companies are required to obtain your permission before contacting you. However, please note that the TPS cannot prevent calls from overseas call centers or research organizations; its focus is on marketing calls.

3. File a Complaint if Needed: If you continue to receive unwanted calls after following steps 1 and 2, consider filing a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority. The Ofcom website offers valuable information on how to proceed.

If you are TPS registered and still receive calls from a company you've already asked to stop, please let us know so we can conduct an investigation and take appropriate action.

Important Information on Caller ID Spoofing:

We are aware that Caller ID (CLI) spoofing is a growing concern. This technique involves a call appearing as if it’s coming from a legitimate number when it is actually from another source, often linked to identity theft. Ofcom has resources available to help you protect yourself from this issue.

If you suspect a number that called you is spoofed, contact your service provider. They can assist in tracking the actual origin of the call.

If you receive a spoofed call that appears to be from StreamlineXpert Ltd, our ability to assist may be limited, but please know we are working diligently to combat this challenge.

We encourage you to report any nuisance or scam calls to us. You can reach us at support@streamlinexpert.co.uk, providing both the number that called you and your own number to facilitate our investigation.

Lastly, please understand that we reserve the right to record conversations related to complaints. These recordings may be shared with authorities if necessary. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behavior towards any member of our team.
