Why we exist
Most work can be simpler. We find the steps that can go, plan them out, and build the system that replaces them.
For us, streamlining means two things: time saved, and a better experience for the people who use the system and the customers they serve.

Why I started StreamlineXpert
I spent my career in contact centres, remote and office based, across regulated insurance, hospitality, education and other sectors. The part of the job I always enjoyed, and was best at, was automating processes and improving them at the root so the gains last.
StreamlineXpert is that work made into a company.

Vorrex GMS is garment management software for firefighter PPE. It tracks each garment through collection, cleaning, inspection, repair and return, for PPE laundries and fire services. Vorrex is a trading name of StreamlineXpert Ltd and is in pilot.
Does Vorrex follow ISO 23616?
Vorrex is built around ISO 23616, the standard for cleaning, inspecting and repairing firefighters' PPE, and keeps the records it asks for. Vorrex is software and is not itself certified; the standard applies to the service.
What is Nattergale?
Nattergale is AI you reach with an ordinary phone call, for residents and small businesses, so everyone can use it, with or without a smartphone or internet. It answers in Darija, Arabic, French, English and more, starting in rural Morocco, and is at prototype stage.
How does StreamlineXpert choose its brands?
A brand starts with a clear opportunity: people do this work every day, in a market StreamlineXpert can reach directly, with work it can plan, build and run itself. Each brand keeps its own name and customers, and shares the group's planning, engineering, delivery standards and service assurance.
