How the group grows

We look for work that could run better. We design the improvement around the people doing the work. We build it, run it, and keep making it better. When it can serve a whole market, it becomes a brand.

It starts with people and their work

We start with people and the work they do every day. When we see a way to make that work simpler, we test it three ways. If it passes all three, it becomes a brand.

  1. A clear opportunity. People do this work every day, and a better tool would make a real difference.
  2. A market we can reach. We can talk directly to the people who do the work.
  3. Work we can own. We can plan it, build it and run it ourselves, to our own standard.

Three ideas have passed so far. Each one became a brand.

Three brands, each built for one job

Each brand serves one group of people and does one thing well. Here is what sets each one apart.

About Nattergale

Why these markets are worth it

Each brand starts where the need is clearest, then follows the same need into new markets. The numbers show how big that need is.

One method underneath

The brands keep their own names, markets and customers. Underneath, they share how the work is done.

Planning

Every brand starts with how the work really happens, mapped before anything is built.

Engineering

One team builds and maintains the software behind every brand.

Delivery standards

Scope and price in writing, tested before release, and the same quality bar everywhere.

Service assurance

Honest status, proactive updates and one way of handling incidents across every brand.

We make work simpler, one brand at a time.

The next chapter is shared

Each brand grows faster with the right partners. We work with organisations that serve the same people, or share the same goal.

Vorrex

Fire and rescue services, PPE laundries and PPE manufacturers, for pilot sites and a route into new countries.

Kylam's Studio

Accountants and business advisers, hardware distributors and Moroccan business networks.

Nattergale

Mobile network operators, NGOs, farming cooperatives and local authorities in Morocco.
