Who we are

StreamlineXpert Ltd (company number 15222760, registered office 81a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC210834.

What we collect

• What you send us by email, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are kept for security.

This website has no forms and no advertising trackers. It uses Rybbit, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves, to count page views and a few actions such as clicks on links. It does not identify you, and your IP address is not stored. See the cookies page.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps before a contract if you ask about our services.
• To keep the website secure. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Our website hosting provider in the EU, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, then deleted unless they lead to a contract. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected]. We reply within one month.
